Technolinks Incorporated has always been a company focused on design. The husband and wife team of Don and Penny McCahill, both educators, formed Technolinks Incorporated in 1985. At that time, Penny was completing her Doctorate in Education through the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Technolinks Incorporated became the vehicle to develop and market Cloze Encounters Unlimited © (CEU) and Cache-cache (the French language adaptation). CEU is a language arts software program capable of fitting into any curriculum. The design, development, and implementation of CEU, as a case study, formed the basis of Penny's Ed. D. thesis.

Don's educational career focused primarily on administration and technological applications in education. Consulting opportunities in educational curriculum design, administration, and technology continue to be undertaken by Penny and Don, while, developing their artistic interests.

Don's background in education included teaching classes in photography, digital image processing using a variety of software products such as Photoshop, computer science, and website design and production. This background continues to serve Don well through his artistic endeavours. Penny is a member of Pine Tree Potters' Guild and the Woodturners' Guild of Ontario. Both guilds provide her with rich experiences that feed her creative efforts.

You are invited to explore their artistic expression through the Gallery links above. Both Penny and Don are members of the York Region Artists Council (YRAC) and are featured at the York Region Artists Marketplace.
